[ Time Line ]  emerges in WAJIMA : July 7th

@the Opening of Noto Airport 

as a new concept-shape-colors of traditional lacquerware bowls featured on NHK TV news  & newspapers

 


2004

Japan Lacquer Summit in Wajima : invited guest speaker


2005 - 2012

[ le studio ] opened as a small " atelier " teaching French Culture to ladies coming from all over Japan ( ages 5-81 ) , with one coming monthly specially from Seoul ( Korea )


2012

Initiating & Naming Culinary Project: [ Club des Grands Chefs et Gourmets ]

called CGCG / started  2013 - 2015

2017

[ Approfondir ] as a new concept opens in May / June classes

Held in a Temple in the center of the city , comparing French Culture with its similarities of Japan
